Order Picker

Nile Fulfillment – Siloam Springs, AR

Starting Pay: $13.00-18.00/hour (subject to review and merit-based adjustment)

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners
  • Accurately pack orders according to company SOPs and customer requirements
  • Use WMS to verify item counts, product codes, and order accuracy before shipment
  • Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping or delivery
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or quality issues to supervisors
  • Perform other warehousing, material handling, and related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for overtime, weekends, or peak seasonal hours as needed
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience
  • Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanning equipment
