Responsibilities:

  • Utilize remote technology to access our inventory management system and receive real-time order notifications.
  • Retrieve and pick items from the warehouse using automated or robotic systems under your remote control.
  • Collaborate with on-site staff and provide clear instructions for packing and labeling orders.
  • Conduct quality control checks remotely, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of each order.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site personnel through audio or video conferencing tools to address any issues or provide guidance.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Meet productivity targets and maintain a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
