Job description

GovSG is seeking a Navy ERP Scrum Team Member that will serve as a functional specialist in the Plan-to-Perform (P2Pf) business process stream, specifically focusing on the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. You will work within an Agile Scrum team to support the implementation, modernization, and sustainment of the S3ALE (Sea Services Security Assistance Logistics and Execution) program. Candidate will own end-to-end SD design/configuration for the capability area driving fit-to-standard decisions, integration testing, and stable deployment. This role is essential for managing outbound logistics, billing, partner fund routing, and the execution of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases within the Navy’s SAP-based ERP environment.
This is a remote position.
Position Duties:
  • Lead fit-to-standard/fit-gap workshops and define future-state O2C processes.
  • Configure core SD capabilities end-to-end (commonly including):
  • pricing (condition technique), discounts/rebates concepts, free goods (as applicable)
  • delivery/shipping points, route determination, picking/packing handoffs
  • billing (invoicing flows), cancellations/credit/debit memos, returns processing
  • credit management concepts and order blocks/release strategies (where used)
  • output/message control and document requirements (order/delivery/invoice outputs)
  • Coordinate integrations and dependencies:
  • FI (revenue postings, taxes, AR impacts), MM (ATP and inventory), warehouse execution (WM/EWM), transportation (if applicable)
  • interfaces (e.g., IDoc/APIs), e-commerce/CRM inputs, tax engines
  • Lead SIT/UAT for SD scenarios; perform root-cause analysis (config vs. master data vs. integration).
  • Support cutover planning (open orders, deliveries, billing documents) and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Required:
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
  • Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
  • Understanding of Navy workflows and financial processes
Position Desired:
  • Familiarity with the Navy's S3ALE effort
Salary: $128,000-$145,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Why You’ll Want to Work at GovSG:
  • Competitive pay and benefits, including PTO and company matched 401k
  • Development opportunities through comprehensive training suite
  • Ability to make an impact supporting the warfighter
  • Opportunities to engage with the community through volunteering
