Contract Order Picker Jobs in Kentucky (NOW HIRING)

The Order Selector will be responsible for loading and unloading pallets from the freezer to the shipping area, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory. The role requires familiarity with cherry pickers, forklifts, both stand-up and sit-down varieties, and pallet jacks. This position involves lifting up to 30lbs and operating various equipment.

• Load and unload pallets from freezer to shipping area.
• Operate cherry pickers, forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), and pallet jacks.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate order picking and shipping.

• Equipment operating experience, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Order picking and inventory management skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Enjoy working 36.5 hours while getting paid for 40 hours, with pay increases after 90 and 180 days. Benefit from quarterly bonuses based on performance and attendance, as well as a sign-on bonus totaling $1000 after 90, 180, and 365 days. Life insurance is provided for added peace of mind.

The role operates in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as 0 degrees. Personal protective equipment such as coats, hats, and gloves will be provided, and reimbursement for boots is offered once hired directly. Employees should be comfortable with fan noise while working in the freezer.

This is a Contract position based out of Walton, KY.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
