Job description

Job Title: Contract Operations Coordinator (Contractor)
Worker Location: Cambridge MA (Remote)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Target Start Date: September 15, 2026
Duration: 6 months (through approximately March 15, 2027)
Pay rate: $38/HR W2 (negotiable)
Job Description:
The Contract Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the US Oncology Contracts & Pricing team. This temporary position will assist with the organization, maintenance, and management of contract-related documentation and data.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic contract repositories and document libraries.
  • Creating, updating, and managing SharePoint folders and document structures.
  • Renaming, categorizing, and filing documents in accordance with established naming conventions and document management practices.
  • Entering, updating, and validating contract-related information and metadata within tracking tools, databases, and SharePoint sites.
  • Reviewing contract documents to identify and capture basic contract information and key terms for tracking purposes.
  • Conducting quality control reviews to ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
  • Assisting with special projects and other administrative or operational tasks within the Contracts & Pricing function as assigned.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SharePoint document management preferred.
  • Experience with contract administration, legal operations, document management, records management, or similar administrative functions preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential business information appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
