Position Overview:
The Community Manager is responsible for publishing and managing organic social content, engaging with followers, supporting the Firm's online reputation, and helping grow its digital community. • Export lead forms from social media business platforms three times daily and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate internal team.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and portfolio of social media campaigns, content concepts, and performance results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms, publishing tools, business suites, analytics, and current content trends.
  • Experience with online reputation management, audience engagement, and social media reporting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume publishing schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach, with sound judgment when handling public-facing questions and sensitive topics.
  • Experience in the legal industry or other professional services is a plus.

Please be prepared to provide 3-5 examples of social media work, along with a brief description of your role, contributions, and results for each account or campaign.
