Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Must have level 3 NICU experience. (Nitric oxide, jet and oscillator ventilation competency) - Neuro Trauma ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Bunnell Jet Ventilation in NICU highly preferred.

Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: - Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. - Expected ratios: per campus acuity.

Shift & Scheduling: - Everyone is variable shift for the unit, even their full time. The manager does try to keep them on their consistent schedule during their contract. - No call. - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Internal in between departments. Must be flexible.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
