Job Summary

We are seeking a Backend Java Engineer (FileNet Developer) to design and implement custom migration and integration solutions for consolidating FileNet environments. This role involves migrating content, metadata, workflows, and audit history while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content & Metadata Migration
  • Identify and migrate documents, metadata, workflows, and lifecycle components
  • Map source data to target FileNet schemas using Java
  • Handle transformations across metadata formats and document structures
  • Ensure accurate migration of versioned documents
  • Preserve document lifecycle states (draft, approved, archived)
  • Maintain retention policies and classifications
  1. Audit, Compliance & Data Integrity
  • Migrate audit trails, version history, and security classifications
  • Validate data completeness, accuracy, and integrity
  • Create re-indexing jobs aligned with organizational standards
  • Develop reconciliation processes for migration tracking and reporting
