Job description

Client: Confidential

Engagement Type: Contract to hire

Rate: Commensurate with experience - details provided on initial call

Location: On-site in Englewood, CO

A major sports team is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to lead network infrastructure across a large stadium, training facility, and corporate environment, supporting live event operations, business functions, and fan experience at scale. This is a genuine architecture and leadership role, not a break-fix administrator seat, covering high-density WiFi for tens of thousands of concurrent users, multi-ISP BGP routing, hybrid cloud integration, and modern network automation. Strong path to a permanent, full-time role with the organization after the season. Fully onsite, no remote or hybrid option.

Required: 7+ years in network engineering or administration in complex enterprise environments; proven large-scale, high-density network experience (25k+ concurrent users or similar); strong hands-on switching, routing, wireless, firewall, and VPN expertise; multi-ISP/BGP and redundancy design; hands-on network automation (Python, Ansible, APIs); hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS); able to work onsite and support live events outside normal hours.
