Job Description:
  • We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, as well as developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. The role supports identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. The analyst will be employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints. Analyst will apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. Mentors other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

The TDNA shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting
  • Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts
  • Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis
    Qualifications:
  • Level 1:
  • 6 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Level 2:
  • 9 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience, OR Doctorate with 2 years' experience.
  • Level 3:
  • 12 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience OR Master's degree with 6 years' experience OR Doctorate with 4 years' experience.
  • Level 4:
  • 15 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 13 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience OR Master's degree with 9 years of experience, OR Doctorate with 7 years of experience.

Pay Range: 60,000-230,000
