JOB DESCRIPTION:
Senior Network Analyst
Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale, multi-brand enterprise network environment spanning corporate offices, data centers, cloud platforms, distribution facilities, and hundreds of geographically dispersed retail/franchise locations.
This role is responsible for the engineering, administration, optimization, monitoring, and operational support of enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence. The Senior Network Analyst will serve as a technical escalation point for complex network issues, lead infrastructure improvement initiatives, and partner closely with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Help Desk, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure stable and secure connectivity across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise across routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, firewall technologies, cloud networking, and network monitoring, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills in a fast-paced public-company environment.
What you'll Drive:
Network Engineering & Operations
  • Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and Internet connectivity solutions
  • Support large-scale distributed retail and franchise networking environments across hundreds of locations
  • Maintain highly available and resilient network infrastructure supporting corporate, retail, cloud, and data center operations
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network outages, latency, packet loss, routing instability, and performance degradation
  • Lead network incident response activities and coordinate restoration efforts during major outages
  • Monitor network performance, utilization, and capacity trends; recommend proactive improvements
  • Maintain network device lifecycle management including firmware, patching, hardware refreshes, and configuration standards
  • Support carrier management activities including circuit provisioning, escalation management, SLA tracking, and telecom optimization efforts
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and on-call support rotation as required

Security & Compliance
  • Partner with Information Security teams to enforce secure network architecture and segmentation standards
  • Support firewall rule reviews, ACL management, VPN security, secure remote access, and network hardening initiatives
  • Assist with SOX, PCI, and cybersecurity audit activities related to network infrastructure controls
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise change management, vulnerability remediation, and operational governance standards
  • Support network logging, monitoring, and SIEM integration initiatives

Cloud & Modern Infrastructure Support
  • Support hybrid cloud connectivity across platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Assist with cloud networking architecture including VPC/VNET connectivity, VPNs, transit gateways, routing, and segmentation
  • Support modern identity-aware networking and Zero Trust initiatives where applicable
  • Assist with enterprise wireless modernization and SD-WAN initiatives

Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Develop and maintain network diagrams, topology documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting, escalation, and disaster recovery processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, and supportability

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor for junior network personnel and support teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Application, Retail Operations, and third-party vendors
  • Participate in project planning, technical design reviews, and infrastructure roadmap discussions
  • Provide executive-ready status updates during critical incidents or high-impact initiatives when required

What you'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5-8+ years of progressive enterprise networking experience
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Routing and switching technologies;
  • TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, QoS;
  • Enterprise wireless networking;
  • SD-WAN technologies;
  • Firewall administration and VPN technologies;
  • Network troubleshooting and packet analysis.
  • Experience supporting large distributed enterprise or retail environments
  • Experience with network monitoring and management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and segmentation strategies
  • Experience working within structured ITIL or enterprise operational environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Added Fuel if you have:
  • Experience with: Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Aruba, Zscaler
  • Cloud networking experience in AWS and/or Azure
  • Experience supporting franchise or retail operations environments
  • Familiarity with PCI, SOX, and cybersecurity compliance requirements
  • Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications preferred: CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba Certified Professional, AWS or Azure networking certifications
