LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Technician for a local contract job in Liberal, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 8 hours, days

Position Details

  • Role: Medical Technologist (MLS) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Type: Permanent Placement
  • Shift: Day Shift (8 or 10-hour flexible shifts)
  • Weekend Requirement:
    • Day Shift: Every 3rd weekend
    • Evening Shift: Every other weekend
  • Holiday Requirement:
    • 2 Minor Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day)
    • 1 Major Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)

Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $27.10/hr+
  • Negotiable based on experience
  • Shift & Weekend Differentials Available

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
  • Phlebotomy experience required
