Job description

What is the opportunity?

We are hiring a variety of manufacturing positions to meet the growing staffing needs of Coilcraft, Hawarden, IA. Coilcraft is a leading manufacturer of magnetic components, i.e. inductors and transformers that are used in the making of various electronic products.

The positions we are hiring for include production and automation machinists, machine assemblers, and industrial maintenance technicians.


 Qualified candidates possess?

·         Relevant work experience and education

·         Good prior work performance and longevity in the job

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent written and spoken English

·         Full physical abilities (Strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties

·         Ability to pass pre-employment screening

·         Work schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday to Friday

·         Starting Compensation: $22.50 to $35.50 hr., depending on the role and qualifications
