Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide day-to-day line support and troubleshooting. This role will involve collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics. You will work closely with production teams to perform problem solving and root cause analysis, lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing techniques, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day line support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
  • Drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Perform problem solving and root cause analysis with production teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Lead cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools.
  • Improve equipment capability and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for error proofing and implement solutions.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $58.00/hr.
