As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you're leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse-it helps shape the flow of global trade.
As the primary contact, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Wave Planner will manage communications between operations and the customer. You will handle their customer queries and complaints. Your focus will be to manage orders for our clients and ensure they are picked up promptly. You will report to the Operations Supervisor.
How you create impact
You will perform administrative tasks for the area or shift
Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
You will work with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system
Manage the WMS system, and update area or shift metrics
You will be the secondary support of the local team
What we would like you to bring
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience working in a warehouse
Knowledge of order management systems, WMS, or Manhattan
Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
