Position Summary

Tecan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People & Organization team in Morrisville, NC. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team and contributing to projects that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Working alongside members of the People & Organization team, the intern will support a variety of HR activities and projects while gaining exposure to multiple Human Resources disciplines based on business priorities and organizational needs. This opportunity is ideal for students or individuals interested in exploring careers in Human Resources, business administration, or people management while developing practical business skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
