The Role

As an Account Manager Intern, you'll be embedded in our agency's day-to-day operations - working alongside our team to support client accounts, learn our systems, and develop the skills that make a great AM. You'll be trained and mentored, but we expect you to show up ready to contribute, ask smart questions, and take initiative.ย

This role is intentionally broad. Digital marketing agencies require people who can shift gears quickly, and this internship will reflect that reality. You don't need experience in everything - just a positive attitude and work ethic to learn it.

  • Support onboarding processes for new clients and projects

What We're Looking For

We're not just looking for someone who can follow instructions. We need someone who:

  • Is a confident communicator
  • Has genuine interest in account management and a desire to grow into a full-time AM role
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities: takes ownership, follows through, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
  • Is a problem-solver who approaches challenges with a solution-first mindset
  • Can manage their own time and workload after proper training
  • Is flexible and adaptable - agency work is fast-moving and no two days are the same
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work
  • Is comfortable with Google Drive, email, and basic digital toolsย
