Contract Lawyer Jobs in Reston, VA (NOW HIRING)

We are currently seeking Government Contract Attorneys to support our Fortune 500 and leading clients.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in government contracts law, with expertise in advising clients on a wide range of issues related to state, local, and/or federal government contracts.

• Advise clients on government contracting matters, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, administration, and termination.
• Assist clients in navigating federal, state, and local government procurement processes, including RFPs, bid preparation and submission, bid protests, and contract disputes. 
• Provide legal counsel on government contracts compliance, including FAR, DFARS, applicable state and local regulations, certifications, reporting requirements, and procurement policies. 
• Support clients in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks arising throughout the government contracting lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience advising on federal, state, and/or local government contracts, procurement, or related regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of applicable government contracting laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and/or state and local procurement requirements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
