Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and deliver IT initiatives that align with business needs across the organization. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional technology projects from concept to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
    • Lead the cross-functional delivery of a wide range of IT solutions.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project retrospectives to manage the entire project lifecycle.
    • Break down complex multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized and properly scoped action plans.
  • Planning & Execution
    • Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
    • Track progress and create clear visibility for team members and stakeholders.
    • Ensure IT projects stay aligned with business objectives.
  • Dependency & Risk Management
    • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, constraints, and risks.
    • Develop and drive mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Escalate critical issues to leadership and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Partner with technical and product teams to translate requirements into actionable project tasks.
    • Provide frequent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Maintain clear, professional communication across teams.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
