Role Description
Five Star Bath Solutions in Georgetown, TX, is currently looking to hire a skilled Shower Installer on a contract basis for a full-time on-site role. The Shower Installer will assist in renovating bathrooms by removing old shower areas and installing new bathtubs and showers. The work is primarily installing Sentrel walls and bases, as well as fixtures, shower glass, and associated accessories for the shower area.
  • Year round work
  • Paid weekly, per project completed
  • $800 per shower installed, plus addons and incentives, up to two showers a week
  • Base pay increase after 6 months of satisfactory work
  • Sentrel installation/shower installation experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Install showers according to our specifications and guidelines
  • Utilize plumbing and carpentry skills to ensure proper installation
  • Verify functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Communicate effectively with clients while on site
  • Maintain a clean work environment for safety and courtesy for client's homes
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in shower installation or a related field
  • Have your own tools and pickup truck for work (covered trailer a plus)
  • Heavy emphasis on installing Sentrel composite walls
  • Excellent knowledge of bathroom renovation techniques
  • Experience working with various composite materials (fiberglass, acrylic, molded plastics)
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve issues on-site
  • Customer-focused and committed to delivering a five-star experience
  • Certification in a related field (plumbing, etc) is preferred, but not required
  • Authorized to work in U.S.
  • Valid driver's license
