We are looking for 1099 subcontractor crew members who are for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals who want to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

- Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
