Job Summary:
Confidential company is seeking an IT Contract & Project Advisor for a 12-month contract to hire position. The role involves managing key IT contract activities and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective vendor contract management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage key IT contract activities
• Lead and support renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts
• Track contract playbook activities and milestones
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, including executive management
• Collaborate with:
• Chief Negotiator
• IS Negotiation Team
• Key vendors
• Asset Services
• IS Finance
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Equivalent accepted: 4 years of relevant job-related experience, OR Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant job-related experience
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience including: Project management, Client relationship management, Process and product improvement
