HOURS
* All shifts available
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Oversee the residential aids and check on their work
* Travel from house to house ensuring efficient and effective operations
* Train new incoming Residential Aides
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported
* Prep meals for individuals being supported
* Provide companionship on outings and activities for individuals
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working in related field
* Clean Slate Background Check
* Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record
* Ability to motivate staff and work collaboratively with staff from other programs to provide the most beneficial services to clients
