Job description

Exciting opportunity available for an experienced BCBA to provide valued behavioral analysis support throughout a collaborative district-based model. This contract position is located onsite near the Chattanooga area and offers flexibility, allowing you to make a meaningful difference while working 10-15 hours per week. Start as soon as possible and enjoy a structured support system, including monthly consults with Vanderbilt’s Triad program and an established help desk designed to streamline processes and prevent burnout.

You’ll join a dedicated leadership team and serve as a district-based BCBA supporting up to 80 schools (caseloads determined by referrals and managed with geographic consideration). While part of this team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and leverage established partnerships to enhance student outcomes through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license required
  • Experience providing behavioral analysis in educational or clinical settings preferred
  • Must complete fingerprinting and meet all credentialing requirements prior to start
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families
  • Comfortable traveling between sites as needed, with flexibility based on geography and referrals

Responsibilities:

  • Support students across assigned schools using a referral model
  • Participate in monthly consultations and collaborate with the Vanderbilt Triad program
  • Work closely with district leadership and utilize help desk resources to optimize caseload management
  • Provide recommendations, training, and support for the implementation of behavioral interventions
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform ongoing behavioral support strategies

This contract offers a rewarding part-time schedule with the opportunity to influence the lives of students and educators throughout the district. The school environment is supportive and forward-thinking, valuing both professional expertise and a healthy work-life balance.

If you are a licensed BCBA ready to step into a dynamic, well-resourced educational environment and contribute your expertise, apply today to embark on this personally and professionally fulfilling role!
