  • Job Description:

    We are seeking skilled Epic Willow Inpatient Analysts to join our IT team supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows across a leading healthcare organization.

    We currently have multiple openings:

  • 1 Implementation Role (Hybrid/Onsite – Travel Covered)
  • Several Support Roles (Fully Remote)
  • These roles work closely with pharmacy staff to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and stability of Epic’s Willow Inpatient module.

    Key Responsibilities: Implementation Role (4-Month Contract):

  • Participate in the build and configuration of Epic Willow Inpatient workflows
  • Assist in testing, validation, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with pharmacy operations and clinical informatics teams
  • Work in a hybrid/onsite setting; travel expenses will be covered
  • Support Roles (Remote):

  • Provide ongoing application support for Epic Willow Inpatient
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate tickets when needed
  • Interface with pharmacists and clinical teams to resolve workflow concerns
  • Document resolutions and collaborate with internal Epic-certified staff
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Willow Inpatient experience (support or implementation)
  • Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and clinical system issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Epic Willow Certification preferred but not required
