We are seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee complex, multi-faceted Generative AI technology implementations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery teams, manage project governance, and ensure projects achieve key business objectives. You will act as a pivotal bridge between business leadership, engineering teams, and enterprise client stakeholders.

responsibilities:
  • Oversee implementation projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and scheduling to execution and closure.
  • Drive project governance, manage risks, and facilitate key decision-making processes across client stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular, structured project status updates and performance reporting to key leaders.
  • Ensure successful user adoption, value realization, and smooth knowledge transfer at project conclusion.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or Engineering.


5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise IT implementation projects.


2+ years of experience specifically delivering Generative AI solution implementations.


Strong leadership, project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management abilities.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.


Direct experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and specialized implementation frameworks.


Proven track record in client-facing, cross-functional consulting environments.
