Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow management, and high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain and promote operational excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards
  • Drive accountability and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal, city, county, commercial, and high-value clients
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the company’s market presence
  • Support sales initiatives, proposal development, and contract negotiations
  • Represent the company at industry and community events to enhance visibility and reputation
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of senior leadership or general management experience
  • Strong background in tree care, arboriculture, landscaping, or related green industry required
  • Experience working with municipalities, cities, counties, or government contracts preferred
  • Proven success in leading operations, business development, and financial performance
  • Working knowledge of Spanish strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple teams
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, operational compliance, and industry best practices
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Compensation

$130,000–$150,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
