We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and improve profitability

- Lead, motivate, and manage staff across various departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Maintain excellent guest relations, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
