General Labor
Shift: Day Shift (4:30AM- 4:30PM, Monday- Friday)

We’re seeking reliable and safety-focused General Labor to support fabrication, material handling, and production operations. This hands-on role assists welding, cutting, coating, and shipping teams to keep shop operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Load, unload, stage, and organize steel materials and assemblies

  • Support welding and fabrication teams with material staging and preparation

  • Sort tubing, rebar, plate, and fabricated components for production

  • Assist with coating, finishing, and shipping operations

  • Perform shop housekeeping and basic facility maintenance

  • Follow all safety procedures and production instructions

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
