General Laborer Job Overview

Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring dependable Production Associates for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Valley City, Ohio. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can stay productive throughout a full 10-hour shift, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No background check or drug screening required.

General Laborer Responsibilities

  • Load and unload automotive parts weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Place parts into welding fixtures and operate cycle-start machinery.
  • Start, stop, reset, and monitor production equipment.
  • Stack finished parts and materials.
  • Perform repetitive lifting, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shift.
  • Follow safety procedures and production requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

General Laborer Schedule

  • Regular Shift: 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work 10-hour shifts on a regular basis.
  • Monday through Friday schedule with overtime opportunities available.

General Laborer Requirements
