Job description

Role Overview

Step into a day where you make complicated applications feel simple. As a Contact Center Applications Specialist, you’ll log in from home, join the inbound queue, and guide callers through assistance program requirements. You’ll capture details accurately, follow up with outbound calls when needed, and document outcomes in the system—always safeguarding client confidentiality.

Where You’ll Work

Noble, Oklahoma — This is a remote role following mandatory in-person training. Initial training is on-site for 6 weeks at a Noble, OK facility (training is not remote). Program requirements may extend on-site training up to 3–6 months.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; must be available between 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Employment Type: Indefinite contract
What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from a queue to support clients with assistance applications.
  • Complete and process applications; place outbound calls for needed information or follow-up.
  • Explain program details and provide basic technical help to customers.
  • Record contacts, follow-ups, and results in information management systems.
  • Navigate multiple databases while maintaining strict confidentiality.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent mix of education and related experience.
  • 6–12 months in customer service, education, technical assistance, social services, or general office work.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm with confident computer navigation and phone communication.
  • Mandatory on-site training commitment in Noble, OK (initial 6 weeks; may extend up to 3–6 months).
