Evening / Overnight Shifts | Full Time / Part Time | $18 - $20/hour
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and hiring immediately for evening or overnight shifts in Duluth, MN. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others and want meaningful work where they can make a positive impact each day.
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work directly with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, providing support with everyday activities while encouraging independence and personal goals.
Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care needs
• Encourage individual goals, healthy choices, and independence
• Administer medications according to established training and procedures
• Provide transportation and accompany individuals to community activities
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks
• Complete daily documentation and maintain confidentiality
• Respond appropriately to individual needs and unexpected situations

What We're Looking For

• Caring, patient, and dependable individuals
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a DHS background study
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including assisting and supporting residents as needed
• Ability to work a minimum of two weekends per month
