Our job is to keep your schedule full... your job is to complete quality installations and get paid!

Minimum Requirements:

This is a contractor position. To be considered, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. (Note: This position is not for general laborers or unskilled workers).
  • Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper.
  • Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. (Note: Equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it; we do not provide tools or equipment).

  • Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month.
  • Training & Onboarding: Regardless of prior experience, all qualified installers will complete a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer. This training will teach you our specific build process, ensure you are set up for maximum efficiency, and verify your precision grading skills.

Pay & Bonuses:

  • Average Earnings: $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install (average install time is 6-8 hours based on our popular 24’ round pool). Some of our installers make up to $30,000 per month!
