Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist who will support the Program Management/Business Development team by coordinating daily workflows, tracking cross-functional milestones, and maintaining program documentation.


  • Responsible for processing, distributing, and logging all new/change orders and RFPs in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintain and update internal procedures as required for continuous improvement as well as establishing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Manage coordination of end customer/government and commercial orders/contracts. Knowledge of terms & conditions of the Commercial department upon receipt to ensure all information is accurate and acceptable
  • Support business development efforts to generate new orders
  • Actively engage our customers and Sales team (Manufacturers Representatives & Distributors) to identify new opportunities and future programs
  • Support Business Development financial planning, budget & forecast based on customers’ existing /future programs projections
  • Generate and distribute sales reports as required

  • 3+ years in promoting specialized Electrical Assemblies
  • Knowledge of Government contracts
  • Ability to liaise with both internal and external customers and key stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and operate under minimal direction
  • Strong MS Office skills

The Salary range is $95,000-$120,000.
