Duties may include:
โ Configure new environments with the baseline products and services required for that instance
โ Update and maintain baseline scripts and installers
โ Install software and configuration updates to test and production environments hosted in
โ Amazon Web Services (AWS) and data centers
โ Provide technical feedback to development team for installation and upgrade procedures
โ Assist in troubleshooting issues in operational and test environments
Requirements
Required qualifications:
โ Required to be in office 5 days a week
โ Requires BS and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in either System Administration or as a Systems Integrator.
โ Experience with Linux OS, including scripting in a Linux environment using Shell and Bash
โ Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
โ Experience with automated deployment tools (such as Ansible, Chef, etc.) and associated scripts or manual instruction-based software installation / deployment
โ Experience updating automated deployment scripts or manual deployment instructions for software baseline
โ Understanding of compute, relational database management systems, storage, networking, transport, load balancing, and security constructs as they relate to on-premise and cloud infrastructures
โ Knowledge of high availability architectures
Desired Qualifications:
โ Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
โ Security Protocols/Concepts (SSL/TLS, PKI etc.)
โ Familiarity with proxy servers, Oracle Weblogic, LDAPs, Ansible, Broadcom API Gateway
โ Familiarity with Oracle ICAM products
โ Knowledge of ICAM concepts (i.e. Identity Management, Credential Management, Federation, Access Management)
โ Conternization concepts (including Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
โ Experience with database querying
โ Understanding of software configuration management and associated products such asJenkins, BitBucket, gitlab
โ Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Free and Open Source Software product integration experience
โ Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence)
