Job description

Supplier Setup & Data Analyst
Join a growing organization where accuracy, compliance, and data integrity are critical to operational success.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Setup & Data Analyst to support supplier onboarding and maintenance processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supplier data across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier setup and maintenance for both commodity and non-commodity vendors
  • Review and validate documentation including W-9s, supplier setup forms, MSAs, invoices, and banking/contact information
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Verify critical supplier data such as tax ID, legal name, banking details, and contact information
  • Enter and maintain supplier data across multiple systems (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, RightAngle, Allegro, Contract Logix, Supplier Portal)
  • Generate and review system screenshots and validation records for accuracy and completeness
  • Compile and audit document packages to ensure alignment with system data
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval and validation of supplier setups
  • Upload and maintain documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
  • Support special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4+ years of experience in data validation, supplier onboarding, procurement, or administrative operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
