Job Family: Finance/Controllers
Description
Perform advanced or complex Data Analysis to support Project Accounting and Invoice payment processing activities.
Medium to Advanced Data Analytical Skills including proficiency with advanced Excel, Power BI etc. are required
Job Responsibilities
Lead efforts to execute and/or oversee the following activities:
Establish and maintain database/Workbook for reviewing heavy data supporting voluminous reimbursable invoices across various data sources, to determine accurate payments to contractor
Collate and Organize Data from multiple data sources and format them into data types usable on power BI or similar Data analytical took
Maintain Power BI or similar data analytical tool in a consistent format that would allow additional data to be added, formatted and analyzed with increasing speed.
Establish periodic Reports/Charts from database as required by Management
Represents Company to contractor and/or JV/CoV personnel or internal/External Auditors
Support Project Controller in other activities requiring data analysis as requested.
Establish processes to ensure compliance with Contract terms and oversight of invoice verification processes associated with EPC and other project Contracts including analyzing & reporting variances associated with contract terms & payments
Seek to Understand Business/Project Cost Drivers, Propose/Establish Reference Tables/analysis that could be used to better understand Cost drivers, enhance easy Comparison against Contract Rates/Contractor cost proposals etc.
