SENIOR DATA ANALYST — ARMY SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYTICS (SCOS)
Location: Redstone Arsenal / Huntsville, Alabama (on site)
Employment: Full time; contingent upon contract award

Axyde Analytics is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst to lead data analytics and modeling for our proposed SCOS program. This key-personnel position will oversee descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical products supporting Army aviation and missile-system supply chains.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead advanced data analytics, modeling, and visualization and mentor junior analysts.
• Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured supply-chain data from authorized sources.
• Apply data mining, statistical analysis, trend analysis, causal analysis, machine learning, and quality-control methods.
• Analyze MRP adherence, forecast accuracy, supply availability, excess inventory, demand, receipts, issues, and other enterprise metrics.
• Produce traceable recommendations, reports, briefings, and monthly analytical products for operational leaders.
• Document sources, transformations, assumptions, exceptions, model limitations, validation, and peer review.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of analytics experience.
• At least 3 years of supply-chain analytics experience.
• Demonstrated skill in data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical writing, visualization, briefing, and team-leadership skills.
• Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Army, AMCOM, aviation, missile, wholesale-supply, LMP, or operations-research experience.
• SQL, Python or R, Excel, and controlled model-development experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
SECURITY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment is contingent upon contract award, completion of Axyde’s hiring process, and satisfaction of all Government security and access requirements.
