Job description

Job Title: Cyber Security Researcher
Location: Iselin NJ
Onsite: 3 days a week
Contract: 6-24 months to perm
Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire
The Lead Cyber Security Research Consultant will serve as the team's senior-most subject matter expert on cybersecurity.
Act as the primary technical consultant on all aspects of cybersecurity, including threat modeling, risk assessment, secure coding practices, and compliance.
Conduct research on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and translate this research into actionable requirements for the AI models and solutions.
Define and own the data-driven frameworks, like the Cyber Risk Rubric, that our AI models will use to triage and prioritize risks.
Work closely with the Lead AI/ML Engineer to design experiments and validate the accuracy and effectiveness of the AI models from a security perspective.
Mentor the entire team on cybersecurity concepts and best practices, raising the overall security acumen of the group.
Serve as the bridge between the AI development team and the broader cybersecurity organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
