The Project Manageris responsible forplanning, leading, and executing medium to large-scale imbedded software development projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives, stakeholder expectations, and (where applicable) government contract and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing softwareteamsandensuringprojectsaredelivered ontime, withinscope,andonbudget.

YOUR IMPACT

• Takes guidance and work direction from Manager.
• Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external resource to accomplish program objectives, including change management.
• Plans and directs medium to large projects to completion.
• Manages project scope, cost, timeline, integrated schedules, EVM (cost, schedule and materials) and risk assessment.
• Accepts and delegates authority, established priorities for work delegated to others.
• Monitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed.
• Coordinate communication between internal engineering teams and team members as needed.
• Prepare and present program status/issues to internal and customers.
• Identify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approval.
• Participate in project proposal writing efforts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internalpolicies,qualitystandards,andapplicable regulations(e.g.,ISO, IATF 16949, FAR/DFARS) and support internal/externalaudits.
• Drive processimprovementsusingLean,SixSigma,orothercontinuousimprovementmethodologies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 4 plus years related work experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP Certification
• Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Experienceingovernmentordefensecontracting;familiaritywithFAR/DFARS.

• ProficientwithSmartsheet,PrimaveraP6,Jira,Confluence,andotherAtlassiantools.

• StrongExcelskills (pivottables,macros,VBA)andreportingexperiencewithPowerBIorTableau.

• KnowledgeofSDLC,Agile/SCRUM,ECNs,andphasegateprocesses.

• UnderstandingofLean,SixSigma,orCMMIframeworks.
• ProficiencyinMicrosoftProject,MicrosoftOfficeSuite(Excel,Word,PowerPoint),SharePoint.
• Experience managing software development projects related to imbedded controller and/or Display development
