Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are crucial for navigating differing priorities and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, bids, contracts, and financial performance.
  • Oversee delivery and quality control by reviewing materials, products, and equipment, and sourcing replacements as needed to meet specifications.
  • Provide guidance on product design changes and workspace layout modifications to optimize quality and operational efficiency, with oversight from sales and engineering.
  • Manage project risks, changes, communications, external vendor relationships, resource allocation, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain project status in a centralized system so all stakeholders share a common understanding of key milestones.
  • Ensure personnel representing the company follow company and customer guidelines as defined in the company and contractor handbook.
  • Improve and maintain project management standards and templates.
  • Conduct post-mortems when appropriate and update the project management approach accordingly.
