Job Description:

  • Represents a product family of technical governance bodies
  • Provides feedback and proposes improvements to architecture governance practices
  • Provides architectural documentation for both application specific design as well as multiple application/multiple product space designs based on business and technology inputs, firm standards and risk management needs.
  • Guides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks
  • Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
  • Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
  • Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
  • Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
  • Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
  • Formal training or certification on Engineering & Architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more

Nice to have Skills:

•            Familiar with PCI and Industry standard security patterns, such as Tokenization, Encryption, etc.

•            Experience managing design considerations and priorities across multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.

•            Experience in Credit Card industry is highly desirable.

•            Domain Driven Design concept & knowledge will be a big plus

•            C4 diagram construct and knowledge/experience
