Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Biller role based in Wilmington, DE. The Medical Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate claims to insurance carriers, including Medicare, following established billing guidelines and timelines. Daily tasks include verifying patient insurance coverage, authorizations, reviewing documentation for completeness, and resolving denials or discrepancies. The role involves posting payments, reconciling accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and communicating with patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries. The Medical Biller will collaborate with clinical and front desk staff to ensure proper documentation, timely claim submission, and compliance with relevant regulations.
