Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Clinical Therapist I to provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. This is a contract role with flexibility in hours, though we do require a commitment of at least 15 hours per week and availability until 7:00 pm on at least one day per week. As a contract clinical therapist, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy services to clients based on their needs and treatment goals.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with Koda Therapyโ€™s policies and applicable ethical standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support clientsโ€™ mental health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in case consultations and occasional team meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Full licensure in the State of Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide high-quality therapeutic services.
  • Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Individuality with the ability to fit within the culture of Koda.ย
