Our client is looking for a Business Development Lead, to drive market growth through strategic partnerships, new business opportunities, and innovative distribution channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that expand market reach, strengthen business relationships, and support long-term business growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, enhance existing programs, and deliver sustainable business results.
 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Lead initiatives that identify new markets, strengthen strategic alliances, and support long-term business expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with affinity groups, associations, and strategic partners to support business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance retiree programs, distribution channels, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, joint ventures, and new market segments that align with business objectives
  • Expand distribution channels by developing partnerships across relevant industries and customer networks
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and support strategic planning
  • Manage partnership pipelines, contract activities, and performance reporting while providing regular updates to leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure new initiatives are successfully implemented and operationally supported
