  • Ensure that appropriate parties review any contractual exhibits that may have a commercial impact on their respective group, and that all concerns are surfaced and resolved before submission.
  • Hold the Pre-Construction Group - including Engineering, Estimating, Construction, and Field Services - accountable for driving internal communication to ensure all customer deliverables and expectations are met, including pricing, clarifications, bid forms, requirements, and schedules.
  • Update the stage of the pursuit in the opportunity tracking system as each bid progresses through the pipeline.

  • Acquire signatures from the appropriate authorized signatories.

Bid Delivery & Customer Communication

  • Prepare complete and compliant bid packages - including redlines, clarifications, and supporting documentation - for delivery to the customer by the Commercial Account Manager.
  • Coordinate clarification discussions between the customer and the Pre-Construction Group and/or legal team; deliver any required responses or amendments through the appropriate channel.
