Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46241 (Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
We are seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for training events and end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for solving technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site AV support for training sessions and events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual and technical issues.
- Support deskside IT operations and respond to end-user requests.
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Assist with imaging, deployment, and distribution of hardware across multiple locations.
- Deliver proactive, customer-focused technical support.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma with relevant technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory
- Device imaging and deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent).
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
