This progressive, mid‑sized litigation firm—headquartered in Hartford with an additional office in Westport—has built a 30+ year reputation for excellence in medical malpractice, complex civil litigation, toxic tort, products liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse caseload with a focus on medical malpractice defense
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with strong writing and analytical skills
  • Conduct depositions, court appearances, and discovery
  • Work collaboratively with partners, clients, and experts
  • Contribute to case strategy from inception through resolution
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts in Connecticut
