We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Associate (CA) on the Global Sales Operations Team at Cvent Inc, located in McLean, VA (Tysons Corner). This is an entry-level role and is ideal for someone interested in sales, finance and business operations. This role provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience with an industry leader and develop customer relationships and offers a unique chance to establish a successful career with a global enterprise. In This Role, You Will:
  • Partner with Cvent's Sales team to generate and revise contracts, ensuring timely signature and successful implementation across our key accounts. This will involve close coordination with other departments such as Finance, Legal, Security, etc.
  • Assist in fulfilling additional requirements to complete the sales cycle, offering strategic guidance on contracting and managing any contract errors that arise.
  • Obtain customer-requested documents related to legal, security, and insurance matters, playing a crucial role in advancing the sales process.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the contracting process, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to contractual deadlines.
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance our products and processes whenever opportunities for improvement are identified.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on sales support channels, addressing various inquiries related to the sales cycle.

  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales, contract management, finance or related fields
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
