JOB SUMMARY:

Food and Proprietary Beverage Field Merchandise Managers report into Zone Merchandise Leader and supports Field Operations with the Merchandise Categories Food and Prop Beverage.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Support Operations with local Field Merchandise Specialists in Food and Prop Beverage.

Support Strategic Marketing and Merchandising Initiatives in each Zone/Region/Market with calibration, coaching, process improvements and follow up.

Ensure vendor accountability on in stock of top sellers and service levels while driving sales activities. Capture any local only funding available for local vendor execution / activations.

Lead Region and Market execution of Merchandising strategy of Food and Prop Beverage plans, WMC, and Store resets, and coach Als and MLs in Merchandising Best Practices

Lead local verification and market analysis to identify and address area performance gaps and opportunities in Food and Prop Beverage.

Assist in communicating merchandise strategies and plans to the field and field initiatives back to SSC for support and alignment.

Assist Operations to achieving financial targets.

Serve as a communication conduit that provides both Ops and SSC Merchandising real time data and feedback on how to better meet customer needs in each operating area. Enables improved Merchandise and Operation integration and effectiveness.

Drive total store Sales and GP$ growth in Vault and Prop Beverage by coaching and living the basics of RI/TK (educate operations to execute and optimize).

Assist in Optimizing product assortment quality and inventory turns. Identify and eliminate local opportunity gaps to drive improved sales, margin and GP$ growth in Food and Prop Beverage.

Improved field planning and coordination with execution of 52-week Calendar.

Identify, test, and recommend high potential regional products, programs, vendors, activations in Food and Prop Beverage.

Strengthening operational knowledge through field calibrations.

Identify and assist Operations in closing key gaps of new items, top sellers, programs, and categories to drive sales.

Optimize quality of inventory by executing recommended assortment and the identification and testing of high potential regional new items or vendor opportunities.

Provide feedback to Merch SSC to enable proper vendor/item set up / testing, etc and ongoing management as well as provide feedback to remove obstacles and enhance merchandise team effectiveness.

Through education and coaching, bring value to both our Operations and Merchandise team partners by driving RI, sales and GP$.

Food and Prop Beverage schematic calibrations and execution.

Competition shopping- pricing, promos and messaging.

Lead Non Alc and Alc Reset Regional schedules.

Driving Non Alc and Alc display execution for Big Bets.

Placement and execution of coolers, barrels and racks.

Understand and coach strategy by door in Food and Prop Beverage.

Leveraging QDs (quantity discounts).

Prop Bev Extensive equipment knowledge (Cleaning, Programming of IDC Pro and Franke) Equipment experts

National and regional assortmentsto include new item introduction.

HBET/CBET knowledge and training.

Regional execution of tests to include clear communication on project initiative. Regional execution of flavors, retails, and products.

Evaluate Prop Bev retail opportunities versus competitive landscape

Leader who is highly organized to accomplish aggressive deadlines and minimize Operation disruptions. Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

Must demonstrate ability to present data in a clear format to identify trends.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
