Job description

In Order to work with the ELEVI Team you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ten (10) years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point; and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ten (10) years of administrative support experience to include developing correspondence, providing customer service, scheduling, and filing documents.
  • Six (6) year of work experience in any of the following areas or equivalent fields: contracts, administration, finance, and/or program administration.
  • Ten (10) years or more contract administration experience required
  • FSP Clearance required

ย Desired Qualifications:

  • DAWIA Level 1 or higher in Contracting or FAC-C Level 1 or higher certification.
  • Experience with Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Contract Writing System (CWS)ย 
  • Associate's degree or other advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology,
  • 1 year with Gov acquisition contracting processย 
  • One year of work experience with Government (Federal, State, or Local) acquisition contracting process.
  • Experience working with organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.

Description

The CSA shall demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills in order to convey information clearly and concisely; have technological skills necessary to perform the SOW CSA tasks; possess strong organizational and time management skills; have a basic understanding of the contracts process; take initiative to learn responsibilities; manage tasks and responsibilities independently; and demonstrate attention to detail in order to minimize clerical errors and mistakes.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is depending on Level:

$150,400 - $165,000
